Our sincere condolences Monique and family. Devan was a wonderful young man who suffered many health challenges since birth. Devan confronted each challenge with strength, and courage. He was an excellent teacher to us all about love, compassion, humility, spirit, optimism, hope. We are all better people for having been in his life but better yet, for having him in all of our lives. May he rest in everlasting peace in God's kingdom.
