Anna and Joanna and family, Cathy and I would like to extend our most sincere condolences. I had the pleasure of working with John for 15 years at TAL. He taught me so much about the importance of having a relationship and truly caring for customers. He was very good at that. We also had alot of fun and really good laughs. I'll remember the laughter. He will be missed.
