I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing.  Frank was always smiling each day he delivered the mail faithfully to our office.  Even as he had health stuggles, I never saw Frank show any sign of being anythign other than positibve.  He always spoke lovingly of his family and friends as we reminisced about the old days at TH& VS.  It was always a pleasure to hear Frank climbing the stairs to bring the mail, and whenever I was in the office I would always pop out to share a story and his warm smile.

Frank, my staff and I will miss you.
