It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his passing at the Timmins and District Hospital with both his children holding his hands, on Wednesday, August 24th at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Emily Kostianiuk (nee Babela) whom he lovingly called “My Lady”. Loving father of Veronica Farrell (Larry) and Richard Kostianiuk (Debra). Cherished grandfather of Melanie (Kevin), Kelly (Dan), Richard (Shannon) and Virginia. Proud great-grandfather of Erikka. Dear brother of Richarda Krzymuska of Poland. Zdzislaw is predeceased by his parents Jacob and Eva Kostianiuk and his siblings Lidia Cerkowniak and Richard Kostianiuk.

The family would like to thank Terri Scott and the staff at the Lasalle Retirement Residence for the care and compassion their father received during his stay and to Dr. Paquette and the nurses at the Timmins and District Hospital.

Funeral Service will be held at 1 pm on Friday, August 26, 2022 from the chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home. Remembrance donations to Community Living Timmins or the Timmins Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 11 am until 1 pm on Friday at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
