The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Ottawa on Monday, November 28, 2022 at the age of 67 years. Beloved wife of the late Michel Guillemette (2008). Loving mother of Renée Dusseault (Kirk Renaud) of Timmins and Steven Guillemette of Ottawa. Dear grandmother of Mackenzi, Kaidance and Madison. She will be missed by her step-mother Helen Forrest of Timmins. Predeceased by her father Victor Cowan and by her mother Augustina Cowan. Victoria had a love for reading and worked for 23 years at Coles Bookstore. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from the chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home (Deacon Michel Néron officiating). Remembrance donations to the Timmins District Humane Society or the Ottawa Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 7-9pm and on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 11am to 12:45pm at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
