TREMBLAY, Victor

1931 – 2015



The family announces with great sorrow his passing at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday May 16, 2015 at the age of 83 years. Vic is now reunited with his beloved wife Lucy (1987). Loving and devoted father of Suzanne Tremblay (Phil), Michelle Shumilak (Don), Guy Tremblay to (Robin), Gisele Brown (Les), Jackie Tremblay (Chris), Armand Marcoux and Jean Claude Tremblay (Suzie) Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather to many grandchildren. Dear brother of Phil Tremblay, Maurice Tremblay and Lucy McKay. Vic will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and his extended family at the Grandview Hotel. Pre-deceased by his parents Joseph and Yvonne Tremblay, his children Patricia Tremblay, and Brenda Stelcer , his siblings Rolly, Roger, Marcel, Emile, Luc and Jackie. Victor worked as an engineer for Kidd Creek for many years. After retiring he enjoyed spending time with family whom he was very proud of, playing pool, horse racing and reading jokes. In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to the Timmins Food bank would be greatly appreciated. Memorial service will be held at 12 noon from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday May 20, 2015.
