Obituary for Thérèse Lauzier (Lafond)

Lauzier, Thérèse (May 05,1954-Feb.03,2015)
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Thérèse Lauzier, age 60. She leaves behind her loving husband Denis Lauzier, her precious daughter Michelle Lauzier-Lapointe (husband Jesse), and her beloved grandson Salem.
She was predeceased by her parents Michel & Desneiges Lafond. She will be sadly missed by her 6 sisters: Angèle Gougeon (Marcel), Lorraine Lafond (Elie), Suzanne Mallette (Dan),
Louise Lafond-Charlebois (Mike), Gisèle Bradley, Claudette Mondor (Rémi), and her 2 brothers Mike Lafond (Debbie) and Dan Lafond.
She is also survived by her mother-in-law Madeleine Lauzier, and her sisters-in-law Berthe-Mance, Nicole & Claudette. She will also be missed by brother-in-law John Bradley, friends Ron & Claudia Paquin, and her good neighbours Rodney & Berthe Martin.
She will also be missed by many nephews and nieces: Steve, Tracy & Erica, Chantal & Marc, Raina & Mikey, Dean & Dan, Renée & Joey, Derek & Candice, Samantha & Avery, Robert Elie & Maxim, as well as Claudine, Phillipe, and Pete.
Thérèse was a devoted wife & mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She was a highly spirited girl who had a big impact on everybody she met, addressing everyone very directly with her piercing eyes. If you were lucky enough to know her, you will never be able to forget her.
Thérèse enjoyed the country life, Victorian antiques, feeding her birds and spoiling her dogs. She spent her entire life helping others.

Special thanks to Père Simon Drapeau for being our friend and pastor at this difficult time.
The family will receive friends and family on Saturday, Feb. 07, 2015 from 9 to 11AM at St. Joseph Church. Mass follows from 11AM to 12 noon.

The funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the
