Condolence: I am not sure why I waited so long to look up Shelley and Billy. I was sad to read of their passing. They had the most beautiful smile and “joie de vivre”. That picture is truly how I remember Shelley’s smile. I remember going roller skating with them and going out and finding adventures wherever we could. We spent time playing games, listening to music and enjoying brief but memorable moments together. 💝🙏🏻My condolences to their family and friends. Nicole
