The family announces with sorrow her death on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her husband Marko Vukovic in 2015. Dear mother of Marina Riordan (David) of Schumacher, Joe Vukovic (Shelley) of Wasaga Beach and Cathy Beard (Randy) of South Porcupine. Loving Baba of Matt, Jesse (Michelle), Lindsay, Mason (Jillian), Katerina (Taylor), Kristina and Thomas and great grandmother of Aliyah and Keegan.Dear sister of Mate Smolcic of Croatia.Predeceased by her parents Vinko and Marica Smolcic, her sister Kate Smolcic, her brothers Mile, Vlade, Frank and Petar Smolcic, her parents-in-law Josip and MilkaVukovic and by her sisters-in-law Maria and DelaVukovic. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews in Croatia. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home chapel (Deacon Michel Neron officiating). Interment at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday May 17, 2016 at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION and RECEPTION CENTRE LTD., 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
