Condolence: Very sorry to hear of Mary Lou's passing. Reading the tributes made me smile as definitely they capture the essence of Mary Lou. She was a ray of sunshine, no matter her physical or mental struggles she always had a positive word for others who were struggling. She was a people person and loved to be surrounded by family and friends. We shared many cooking tips and she was always the happiest sharing her goodies with others, being with her neighbours, or treating the gang at the 101 Mall, throwing a birthday party or a tea party in her home she loved to entertain. I will miss seeing her however I know she is keeping a place for each and every one of us. Until we meet again...a friend.

Condolence: My dear Aunt Mary Lou was a wonderful and fun loving Aunt. My fondest memories are playing cards, which she taught us kids to play. And I remember that she liked to play with us, we felt special. She never lost patience with children jumping around her, instead she listened to us and laughed with us. When we visited her in Timmins, we were met with fresh baked goods, and truly the best food ever. She had every appliance going to make a feast. We were welcomed and felt at home. And then to go out where she greeted every person. She made people feel special. She smiled at strangers and made time for acquaintances. She was cheerful and positive through her many physical struggles and a bright ray of sunshine. She continues to shine in the hearts of those that knew and loved her. We love you always Aunt Mary Lou
