QUINN, MARTINE (nee Eckle) The family announces with great sorrow her death at the Timmins and District Hospital on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at age 64 years. Loving wife of Kevin Quinn of Timmins and dearest mother of Charlean Marie Gerner and Kyle D.J. Quinn both of Timmins. Survived by her grandchildren Amanda and Dustin Gerner, her 5 great-grandchildren, her mother Anne-Marie Durocher and sisters Sandra Petrikowski (Klaus) and Lydia Hermant (Michael) all of London, ON. as well as several nieces and nephews. She will also be lovingly remembered by the Quinn family of Timmins to whom she was very close. Pre-deceased by her father Jean Antoine Eckle (2000). A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016 in the Miron-Wilson Funeral Chapel. (Fr. Pat Lafleur officiating). A reception will follow in the Miron-Wilson Reception Lounge. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Daffodil Terrace Lodge (HSN Sudbury) would be appreciated. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday morning from 10-10:45 a.m. (prior to service) at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
