The family announces with great sorrow his passing after a courageous battle with cancer at the Timmins and District Hospital on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the age of 47 years. Beloved spouse of Tracy Grydsuk. Loving father of Kurtis (Michelle) St. Louis, Naomi St. Louis, step-father of Danielle, Charley, and Joey Leclair. Cherished grandfather of Daphne “Daffodil” St. Louis. Survived by his mother Dorise Perrier and his siblings Michael St. Louis, Debbie (Tim) McKinnon, step sister Chantale Perrier, his nieces and nephews Siera, Briana, Ryan, Aaron St. Louis, Jesse Purdy, and Lyndsay McKinnon. Also left to mourn are his Aunt Lorraine Cotnam, close cousins Christine Trevanna, Rick Cotnam, as well as his great friend Leo Martel. Predeceased by his father Marcel St. Louis, step-father Gilbert Perrier, step sister Josee Davies, and his nephew Scottie McKinnon.

Mark was a devoted Habs fan. He loved to sing, play guitar, fish and spend time at mom’s camp with friends and family. His loud, infectious laugh and warm hugs will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Mark was caring and generous. He wanted to help everyone he could and now through his love and faith in God, he can and will watch over his loved ones in ways he could not before.

The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hopkins and the nurses at the TDH Hospice Centre for the care and compassion Mark and his family received. Your support during this difficult time was immensely appreciated.

Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from the chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home followed by a lunch reception in the funeral home lounge.
