Chevrier, Leonel (1937-2015)
The family announces with great sorrow his passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Monday March 9, 2015 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of 47 years to Denise Chevrier. Loving father of Paula Chevrier of Oshawa and late Steven Chevrier (2009). Dear grandfather of Rhiannon De Wit. Also left to mourn are his siblings; Jerry (Jackie) Chevrier, Suzanne (Reg) Joseph, Lucille (Robert) Bilmer and Linda (Dave) Smith. He will be sadly missed by his numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Yvonne Chevrier and his godchild Michele Joseph (2010). Leonel was proud to have worked for 32 years with the Ministry of Correctional Services. Memorial Service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday May 9, 2015 from the chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home (Deacon Michel Néron officiating). Remembrance donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 noon on Saturday at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins.
