1941-2016
The family announces with sorrow his passing at his residence on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of the late Vivianne Cotnam (née Monette) in 2009. Loving father of Kelly Voyer (Richard) of Timmins. Dear Papa of Casey and Ricky Voyer. He will be sadly missed by his siblings; Sylvia Gravel (Urgel), Shirley Wilson (Greg), Dale Quinn (Desi), James Cotnam (Sue), Leonard Cotnam. Also left to mourn are his brothers and sisters-in-law; Doreen Houle (Raymond), Adrien Monette (Joan), Rachelle Poulin, Jean-Guy Monette (Huguette), Lorraine Lemieux (Rolland), Hervé Monette (Céline), Linda Monette, Marcel Monette (Josette), Darquise Delcol (Chris), Réjean Monette (Mona), Loraine Cotnam and Joanne Cotnam. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Alexine Cotnam, by his brothers Joe, Wayne and Robert Cotnam and by his parents-in-law Alexandre and Rose-Aimée Monette (née Poitras). Funeral mass will be held at 10 am on Monday, July 4, 2016 from St-Anthony’s Cathedral. Remembrance donations to the Lord’s Kitchen or the Mariannhill Missionaries would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 3, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins.
