The family announces his passing at the Spruce Hill Lodge on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at the age of 78 years. Loving father of Glenn (Tiina) Guillemette of South Porcupine and Lyla (Herb) Buschold of Porcupine. Grandfather of Cameron, Logan and Jarrod. He is survived by the mother of his children Erika Petersen. Dear brother of Therese Guillemette of Timmins, Madeleine (late Emile) Holmes of Wellend, Marthe (Gilles) Gosselin of Timmins, Alice Joanisse of Winnipeg, Suzanne (Donald) Cloutier of Timmins, late Aline (late Victor) Loyer, Remi (late Lois) Guillemette of Grand Cache, Maurice (Carole) Guillemette of Penticton, Andre (Ghyslaine) Guillemette of Montreal, late Florian (Pauline) Guillemette of Welland, late Donatien (Gaëtanne) Guillemette of Montreal and late Denis (Jeannine) Guillemette of South Porcupine. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Lionel (1971) and Alida (1999) Guillemette.

Memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from Miron-Wilson Chapel. A reception will follow in the Miron-Wilson reception centre. Remembrance donations to The Spruce Hill Lodge would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 2 pm- 4 pm on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the
