Condolence: So much love to Dale’s family. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you; I knew Dale from his years at the HOP in Cabbagetown. The obituary captured Dale completely. His voice and genuine kindness was so welcoming, he made that place feel like our own version of Cheers. I was so happy for him when I heard about his expanding family, move to Timmins and a change to a career that truly suited him. A man as good as him deserved all that, as well as more time to enjoy it. I’m so sorry for your loss and hope that your memories with him comfort you during this difficult time.
