The family announces with great sorrow her peaceful passing, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at the Golden Manor at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by her husband Gérard Bertrand in 1991. Loving mother of Michelle Bertrand (Marcel Chaput) and Nicole Rocheleau. Beloved Nanny of Crystal (Jason), Justin (Danielle), Joel, Lianne, Danielle and Natalie. Great grandmother of Mia, Jemma, Jaden, Zachary and Adam. Dear sister-in-law of Kathryn Seguin. Colette will be missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her brother Rhéal Seguin and by her sisters Jeanne Curik and Aline Trottier. The family wish to thank the amazing staff of the Golden Manor for the care mom has received. Remembrance donations to the Golden Manor would be greatly appreciated. A celebration of Colette’s life will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 11:30am to 3pm at Aline’s Tea Shop (105 Pine Street South) where a light lunch and refreshments will be available to all.
