The family announces with great sorrow his death at Extendicare Timmins on Monday, April 11, 2022 at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by his wife Dorothy (nee Peacock) in 2010. Loving father of Dorie Comisso, Jeffrey Comisso (Vicky) and Bonnie Comisso (Pierre Lafontaine). Dear grandfather of Amanda, Matthew, Benjamin, Tara, Dennis, Natalie, Alexander, Nicholas, Camille and Daphne. He will be missed by his 14 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Norma Bennard, Leonard Comisso (late Nora), Dolores Sebalj (Ed) and Peter “Butch” Comisso (Lillian). Predeceased by his parents Pietro and Roseanna Comisso and by his brother Joe Comisso. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to the nursing home staff at Extendicare Timmins for all their care and compassion. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2:00pm from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home chapel. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
