Andre Decarie
The family announces with great sorrow his passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the age of 68 years. Loving father of Marie (Afshin), Alphonse (Becky) and Nicole (Dave). Cherished Papere of Alyssa, Emily, Hailey, Lauren, Hannah, Avery, Liam, Rae and Arman and to one great-grandchild Kolby. Survived by his sister Gert Caron (Clifford), Rita Chouinard (Fidèle). He was a proud "Meoncle" to many nieces and nephews and like a father to Ron, Rob and Crystal. Predeceased by his parents Alphonse and Eva Decarie and his sister Marguerite Lebrun.
Andre was an avid fishermen and some of his pastimes were camping, picking blueberries and storytelling. He enjoyed playing darts with friends and was a member of the Dart League. He loved animals especially his cat Baby.

Funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm on Friday, July 14, 2017 from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Chapel (Deacon Michel Neron officiating). Interment at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Miron-Wilson Reception Lounge. Remembrance donations to Health Sciences North Foundation-ICU would be greatly appreciated.
