(1921-2015)

The family announces with sorrow her peaceful passing with her family by her side on Tuesday March 24, 2015 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles Savage. Loving mother of Cecile Evans (Richard), Fernand Savage, Andre Savage, Solange Leduc, Denis Savage, Robert Savage (Helene), Paul Emile Savage (Janet), Jean Marie Savage, Rose Helene Mountney and Carole Hamelin (Robert). Alice will be missed by her daughter-in-law Denise Savage, sister –in-law Rita Michel, nieces Lucille Arsenault and Irene Arsenault as well as her nephew Real Arsenault. Alice also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her infant son Richard and Norman Savage, her grandson Fernand Savage her parents Neree and Alvanise Michel, her siblings Rose Arsenault, Henri, Lionel, Theodore, Edouard, Paul, Marcel and Florient Michel as well as her daughter-in-law Yvette Savage, her son-in-law Marc Leonard and grandson John Ryckman. A special thank you to Dr. Julie Auger and the staff on 2East Wing for the wonderful care and kindness you gave to our mother. Special thank you to Dr. Jean Cote and the staff of the Timmins and District Hospital for everything you have done for our mother. She was a member of the Filles D'Isabelles for 20 years. Heaven has gained another special angel. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the St- Dominique Church (Fr. Stephane Kazadi officiating). Remembrance donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. from the
