It is with deep sadness, heavy hearts and also gratitude for her long and happy life, that we announce the peaceful passing of Terry McGee at the age of 84 years on May 16, 2023 at the Ottawa General Hospital. Her two daughters were with her throughout and she knew to the end that she was loved and adored. Loving mother of Tammy McGee and Saunya Joyner (Adam). Nana to Jordan, Tasha, Terron and Tiana. Dear sister of Cecile Hebert, Pierre Lauzon, Louisette Souckey and Marie Ouellette. Predeceased by her parents Henri (1977) and Marie-Ange Lauzon (2002), sisters Henriette Carriere (2002), Yvette Bussiere (1990), Rita Cormier (2009) and brother Patrice Lauzon (2019). She was also a friend, bonus/second Mother and Aunt to many.

Remembrance donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a life celebration will be held on Saturday, June 3rd at 2 pm from the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.

She will be lovingly remembered, cherished and missed by all who had the honor and pleasure of knowing her. We will hold you in our hearts until we meet again!
