The family announces with great sorrow her passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Saturday January 18, 2020 at the age of 61 years. Beloved wife of Roger Taillefer. Loving mother of Dennis Taillefer (Jody Legros) and Danny Taillefer (Lisa Lachapelle) both of Timmins. Cherished grandmother of Madison, Hayden and Kellan. Dear daughter of Fern & Therese Daigle of Timmins. She will be missed by her brothers Rick Daigle (Ethel) of Timmins, Leo Daigle (Yvonne) of Shelburne and by her brother-in-law Melvin Rideout (Michelle) of Cochrane. Survived by her nieces and nephews Corey, Shawn, Amanda, Tyler, Owen, Holly and Connor. A special thank you to Dr. Armstrong, Dr. Woods and the staff at TADH in the Emergency and ICU Departments. Thanks also to Dr. Petry the oncologist in Sudbury, your care and compassion will not go unrecognized. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Chapel (Deacon Michel Néron officiating). Remembrance donations to the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
