It is with great sadness and heartfelt sorrow to hear of the passing of Roman. We were childhood friends. We lived next door to the Gadzalas in the early 1960s. Our families were Polish. We enjoyed our times together, as we explored our surroundings as kids. May you all have comfort with your memories of Roman, at this difficult time. Roman will be forever in my heart and memories.

Condolence: Mr Gadzala was the biggest teddy bear I have ever met he has touched countless people and I am one of those lucky people, how he taught was unique he demanded your attention however he cared about everyone he knew with all his heart. There was one time at a school dance I had to go to the washroom and I couldn’t undo my pants and he walked in and saw my chair outside the stall must’ve heard me struggling and said “Are you ok Nick?” I told him my problem and he asked if I would be ok if he’d come in and help now that’s not his job that just how much he cared. To Mrs Gadzala I wish I could give you the biggest hug right now and to the Gadzala family I am so deeply sorry for your loss. R.I.P Mr G you will be missed
