Condolence: Dear Lisa and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during these trying times. The loss of a husband and father this early in life is a most difficult burden.
Although I only saw Bob on a few occasions, I always thought he was a super guy, authentic, straight forward and caring. In fact, Robert reminds me of one of the disciples, who when others spoke to him about this Jesus from Nazareth, said: “Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?” and yet Jesus said of him, “Here truly is an Israelite in whom there is no deceit.”! I remember Bob as exactly that! A man who says it like it is, in the most honest and open way.
Our eldest boys remember him from aunt Gilberte’s cottage. He was the “cool uncle”, “no the one with the boat, but the one with the moustache!”
There may be time and distance between us, but you are our very dearest family and always in our prayers.
