LAJEUNESSE, Rejean (1953-2022)
It is with heavy hearts and great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Rejean Lajeunesse at the Timmins and District Hospital on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at the age of 69 years. Loving husband of Marion Lajeunesse. Devoted father to Erin, Andra (Kurt) and Chad (Sophie). Loving grandfather of Jaylyn, Alexie, and Sébastien. He is also survived by his siblings André, Marie St-Jean (Paul). Predeceased by his parents Rita and Léopaul Lajeunesse and his sister Denise. He will be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, sister-in-law and brothers-in-law. His good friends “THE GANG” will forever remember him with fond memories and with very heavy hearts. Rej was retired from TDH where he worked for 35 plus years. Through the years, he enjoyed many outdoor activities such as camping, motorcycling and flying his drones. The family would like to extend their gratitude to all health care workers that helped him through his illness from Sudbury oncology, Princess Margaret Hospital and TDH. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 9 to 10:45 am at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
