It's with great sadness that the family announces his passing on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at the age 63 years. Beloved father of Catherine (Scott) Tosh, Monelle (Jordan Corbiere-Badgley) Riopel and Richard Riopel. Cherished grandfather of Troy and Brady Wood. Brother of Renée (Denis) Perron, Rejeanne Riopel and Rachelle (Alphonse) Nault. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Raymond is predeceased by his father Roger Riopel. His mother Rita passed soon after Raymond, on June 3, 2022.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Timmins Extendicare for the care and compassion Raymond received during his stay.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 10:00 am from the Notre-Dame De La Paix church. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home, 150 Balsam St, S, Timmins, ON P4N 2E2.
