Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Normand Boutin can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Norm’s passing. I worked with him for many years at Pamour and later at Texas Gulf. He always an thoughtful mentor. He was tough but fair. Sadly it has been a long time since we last spoke, but I will never forget him. My condolences to the family.

2 days after he came back for service and asked me if I had sold a car yet? and I said NO..
