The family announces with great sorrow her death at the Timmins and District Hospital on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the age of 80 years. Predeceased by her parents Maria (1980) and Arthur (1984) and by her brother Gerald (2000). Dear sister of Maurice Nadon (late Joan) of Sault Ste. Marie, Cecile Landry (late Roger) of Timmins, Robert (Claudette) of Ottawa and Jacqueline Laurin (Raymond) of Timmins. Mariette will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 1:30pm from St-Joseph Church. Interment will take place at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. La messe de funérailles aura lieu le lundi 13 mai 2019 à 13h30 à l’église St-Joseph. L’inhumation se fera au Cimetière commémoratif de Timmins.
