With great sadness, the family announces her passing at home in Timmins, Ontario on Saturday, December 31, 2022 in her 85th year after a short battle with lung cancer. She is a cherished parent alongside the late Roy Carnovale to Dean Carnovale, Gary Carnovale (Renee), and Bruno Carnovale. Adored Nana to Michael, Matthew, Marissa, McKayla and Mackenzie (Rachel). Great-Nana to Payton. Loving aunt, friend, and cousin. She is survived by her sister, Gladys. Pre-deceased by her parents Anita and Fred Allen and by her brothers, Roger Allen and Robert Allen and her sisters, Betty (Pete) LeClair and Diane. Annette dedicated over 30 years as a valued employee to Ontario Northland as a telephone operator. She spent many years in Barbados enjoying entrepreneurship and the Island life. Her humour, kindness and love will be greatly missed. “Until” Remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral.
