Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Laurette Rozon can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

The family announces with great sorrow her passing with family by her side at the Extendicare Timmins on December 3, 2019 at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by her husband Ronald (1980) and her son Dennis (1953). Beloved mother of Liz Stewart of Toronto, Claude of Timmins, Jean-Paul (Louise) of Timmins, Marcel of Quebec, Nicole Rozon-Roy (late Norm) of Gogama and Diane (Bill Wilks) of Cavan. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She leaves to mourn her brother Robert Cote of Quebec. Also predeceased by her brothers Leo, Oscar and Antonio. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Extendicare for their care and kindness.

The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2:30 pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021 and the funeral Service will take place at 2:45 pm in the Miron Wilson Funeral Chapel (Deacon Michel Neron officiating). A mask and social distancing will be required along with the maximum number of attendees allowed in the visitation parlour and chapel. Remembrance donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins

C'est avec tristesse que la famille annonce le décès de Laurette à l'Extendicare le mardi 3 décembre 2019 à l'âge de 92 years. Prédécédée par son époux Ronald (1980) et son fils Dennis (1953). Maman bien-aimée de Liz Stewart de Toronto, Claude de Timmins, Jean-Paul (Louise) de Timmins, Marcel de Quebec, Nicole Rozon-Roy (feu Norm) de Gogama et Diane (Bill Wilks) de Cavan. Grand-maman de 11 petits-enfants et plusieurs arrière petits-enfants. Laurette laisse dans le deuil son frère Robert Côté de Québec. Elle est aussi prédécédée par ses frères; Léo, Oscar et Antonio. La famille tient à remercier chaleureusement le personnel de l'Extendicare pour leurs soins et gentillesse.

La famille recevra parents et amis (es) le samedi 11 septembre pour des visites de 13h à 14h30 et le service suivra en Chapelle à 14h45 (Diacre Michel Neron officiant). Le port du masque et la distancesociale et la capacité maximale seront en place. Les dons commémoratifs à la Société d'Alzheimer seront grandement appréciés. Les arrangements sont au soins du Salon Funéraire Miron-Wilson, Centre d'incinération et de Réception 150 Balsam St. S.,Timmins, Ontario.
