Joseph passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Saturday December 3 rd 2022 at the Kingston General Hospital at the age of 57 years. Joseph was predeceased by his father Emmanuel Etherington, his older sister Peggy Sutherland (Rick), his sister-in-law Brenda and his brother in-law Isadore Cheena and by his beloved niece Jana Lee Etherington. Joseph is survived by his children Jolene, Damian, Addison and Julie, his mother Edna, his sisters Doris and Bernice and his brothers John-Ivan (Emily), Roderick, Albert, Bruce, Gilbert (Stephanie), Clarence “Bob” and Derek (Fawn) and by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 1pm at the Calvary Outreach Ministries Church (10 First Streeet, Moosonee). Public viewing will be held on Saturday from 11AM – 1 PM and family viewing will be held from 12PM – 1PM. Interment will be held at the Moosonee Public Cemetery on Quarry Road following the service.
