It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Jordan in Toronto on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the young age of 24 years. He leaves behind his best friend and significant other Lauren Peterson. Loving son of Ruth Diamond and dear brother of Samantha Diamond (Zachary Green), Joshua Sr. Diamond (Selena Simmons) and Heather Tippeneskum. Cherished uncle to Joshua Jr, Chase, Shannon and Amara. Nephew of Roger Chookomoolin, Jacqueline Metatawabin (Christopher), Lina Gagnon, Claude Gagnon, Linda Gagnon Zwirtes (Mike), Mike Disher (Jennifer Niesink). He is also survived by his grandfather Gaetan Gagnon and many cousins.
Predeceased by his father Jean-Marc Disher, his grandmothers Suzanne Black and Bernadette Diamond, his nephew Hayden Diamond and his step-father Edward Vellow.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 4 pm in our Funeral home Chapel. the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1-3:30 pm.
