The family announces with great sorrow her passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Monday, February 10, 2020 at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of Vincent Lahaie Sr. Dear mother of Vincent Lahaie Jr. (Kirsten), Michael Lahaie (Marie-Anne St. Martin), Lorraine Brabant (Ron) all of Timmins and Pierre Lahaie (Stacey O’Neill) of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Joshua, Rikki (Dorian), Matthew (Kaitlyn), Kathryn (John), David, Benjamin (Ashley), Emma, Jessica and Caitlyn (Adam) and great grandmother of Ava, Theodore, Damien, Capri, Ayden, Thalia, Kelton and Jensen. Dear sister of Jeannine Urquhart of Winnipeg and Helene McManus of Timmins. She will be missed by her brother-in-law Ron Peterson, her sister-in-law Marie-Paule Guenette and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Camille Brousseau and her sister Simone Peterson. Jackie was an avid reader in both languages who worked at the Timmins Public Library for 32 years. She also enjoyed spending time at Ivanhoe Lake. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, February 14, 2020 from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Chapel (Deacon Jake Gregorcic officiating). Interment at Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 10-11:45 am on Friday, February 14, 2020 at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE. 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins.
