One of our road trips.

I remember the road trip we took to Toronto to attend my sisters wedding. My aunt was the maid of honour and we were driving to Toronto and she was the driver. There was four us on that trip. Just getting into Latchford the transmission on the car blew. In a sleepy little town with no rail or decent ONR bus service we decided to hitchhike. Aunt Helen wanted us to divide into parties of two and hitchike but I wouldnt have it. After a few hours we finaly found a ride for us and all of our luggage up to North Bay. We had 6 hours in North Bay to wait for the next bus so we went and had some chinese food and hit the bar closest to the bus station. By the time we got on the bus we were feeling quite fine and upon boarding the bus aunt Helen headed straight for the long row of back seats , promptly laid down and slept all the way to Toronto. We made to Toronto in the early morning in time to get ready for the wedding in the afternoon. It wasnt funny at the time but now when I look back on that day I smile with fond memories .
