Tripp, Gary (1947-2022)
The family announces with great sorrow his sudden passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Sunday, December 4, 2022, at the age of 75 years. Beloved father of Marnie Bilodeau (Ronald), Angie Gagné and Mandy Tripp. Loving spouse of Dorise Perrier (nee Roy). Dear stepfather of Nathalie Laferriere, Lucas Syvrais, Debbie McKinnon (Tim) and Michael St-Louis. He is survived by his sister Linda Merritt.  Also left to mourn are his many grandchildren and great grandchildren and his numerous nieces and nephews. Gary was predeceased by his first wife Janet Tripp (nee Lalonde) in 1990 and his second wife Lyse Tripp (nee Syvrais) in 2018. He was also predeceased by his father Oan Tripp and his mother Lovedy Tripp (nee Joy), his stepson Jamey Syvrais in 2018 and Mark St-Louis in 2019, and his sisters Jean, Trudy, Merle, Norma and Donna. Remembrance donations to the Timmins Food Bank would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2022, followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home, with a luncheon afterwards in the reception lounge of Miron-Wilson. The funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
