SEBALJ, Frank “Shep”
1933-2020
The family announces with great sorrow his death at the Timmins and District Hospital on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at the age of 87 years. Dear father of Myra Cosentino of Toronto and Dennis Sebalj of Schumacher. Loving grandfather of Christine (Mike), Jonathan, Emily (Ryan), Paul and Thomas. Great grandfather of Lylah and Bellamy. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Anne Sebalj and by his sister Anne Kovich (late John). He will be missed by his nieces, nephews and cousins especially Ed Sebalj (Therese), Gerry Kovich and Linda Makarchuk (Mike). Frank was a devout and loyal member of the Croatian Hall in Schumacher. He was also a proud member of the Henry Kelneck Orchestra and the George Nikoruk Band. His passion for Croatian Heritage and live music was passed on to his children and grandchildren . He thrived in enjoying his grandchildren and in the wonders of his great grandchildren. He will be sadly missed. Due to the pandemic, a private family service will be held. Remembrance donations to the Croatian Hall Schumacher or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated.
