It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Denise Louise Quesnel on Monday, February 1, 2021 at the age of 74. Loving mother of Diane Desormeaux Wright (James) of Winnipeg, Rodger Desormeaux (Monique) of Timmins, Marc Carrière (Julie) of Timmins and Gilles Carrière (Sylvie) also of Timmins. Cherished grandmother of Dusty, Jesse, Jacob, Annie, Roger, Sam, Zack, Marcel and Jesse as well as many great grandchildren. She is survived by Oscar Carriere, who helped her raise her children. Dear sister of André Quesnel (Nicole) of Curran, and Normand Quesnel (Louise) of Gatineau. Predeceased by her parents Lionel and Rita Quesnel, her first husband Roger Desormeaux, her sister Pierrette Rocheleau and her granddaughter Tia. In light of the current pandemic, in efforts to protect the public and the family, they have decided to have a celebration of life at a later date.
