Val Toner

My deepest sympathies to Cynthia's family out West and to everyone who has cared for and known Cynthia. She was our light in the home. Her presence was always known, even if she could not say a word to us. I will cherish each moment I had with her and know that she is with her parents and sister in Heaven. We will all miss her very much.
