The family announces with great sorrow his sudden passing at home on Monday, March 11, 2019 at the age of 67 years. Dear father of Shane Storring (Katie) of Timmins and Kali Garneau (Derek) of Chatham, ON. Loving grandfather of Tyler, Amber, Ruby and Hannah. Dear brother of Jean, Barb, Marilyn, Della, Russell, Arthur, Floyd, Heather and Kevin and step-brother of Lorraine and Norman. Cecil was predeceased by his twin brother Arthur. Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held at a later date. Remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
