Chartrand, Catherine
1955-2021
After a courageous battle with cancer, the family announces her passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on February 18, 2021 at the age of 65 years. Beloved mother of Clint (Lisa) Chartrand and loving grandmother of Rene Chartrand. Dear daughter of Joyce Moyle and late James "Jim" Moyle (2013) and sister of Lorraine Moyle (Claude), Allan Moyle (Diane) and late David Moyle (2009). Also left to mourn is the father of her son; Roger Chartrand. Cathy was a PSW for over 30 years and loved her job and caring for others. She loved the bush, campfires and her wine, but most of all she loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed fishing and sitting in the paddle boat fishing with her grandson Rene. As per her request, cremation was held and celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Remembrance donations to the Northern Ontario Families of Children With Cancer or the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation - Hospice Centre would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
