It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the age of 88 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife Lina (nee Constant) in 2018. Loving father of Lise Laforest (Michel) of Timmins, Denise Larche (Réjean Theriault) of Iroquois Falls and Joanne Larche (Brent Woods) also of Timmins. Cherished grandfather of Alain Laforest, René Laforest (Allison Kirkbride), Amanda Larose-Österby (Magnus), Michel Larose (Tanya Genier), Mélanie Chassé (Joshua Clancy), Craig Chassé. Great grandfather of Dexter Österby, Cohen Larose, Zoé Rivard, Brady Clancy, Knox Laforest, Shay Clancy and Nico Larose. Survived by his brothers Vital Larche (Lucie) and Louis Larche (Carmen) both of Timmins. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well as brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Mirelle Larche (nee Picotte) and his sisters Mirelle Larche and Mignonne Verboncoeur.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to War Amps and would be greatly appreciated by the family. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins, ON.
