Obituary for Beatrice "Bea" Bolger (Venne)

Beatrice "Bea" Bolger (Venne)
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Beatrice Elizabeth Bolger on November 23, 2022 at the age of 101 years. She has finally joined the love of her life Martin James Patrick Bolger, who passed away in September of 1989. She is predeceased by her daughters Shirley Bell (late Harold) and Margaret (late Ed Bailey and late Ron Levack) and by her sons-in-law Wayne Charette and George Rusenstrom. She is also predeceased by her parents and 7 siblings.

Beatrice will be deeply missed by her children Judy McShane (Howard), Dolores Rusenstrom, Jim Bolger (Tina) and Dan Bolger (Ingrid), her 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. She will also be sadly missed by her brothers Martin Venne (Josie) and Wilfred Venne (Darlene).

“Gramma Bea” will be remembered by her many friends at Spruce Hill Lodge and by the Oncology Department at TDH; where she donated 400 “quillow” that she made for them. Beatrice was an avid sewer and knitter for the whole family and others.

A special thank you to all the nurses and doctors from the Second Floor and the Palliative Care Unit at the Timmins & District Hospital. The Family will hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date. Remembrance donations to the Spruce Hill Lodge or the Timmins & District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins.
