Our family announces with great sorrow Agnes's unexpected passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 70 years of age. Loving wife of nearly 50 years to Pierre Hebert of South Porcupine. Cherished mother of Pamela Plouffe (Shawn) of Timmins and Lena Kaine (Michael) of Orleans. Treasured Nana to Reilly and Grandma to Owen and Avery. Dear sister of Cecile Leblanc of Ottawa, Daniel Vieno (Helen) of Porcupine and Rose Demers (Fern) of Sudbury. Dear sister-in-law to Maurice (Laurette) and Gerald (Carmen) Hebert. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Martin and Jean Vieno, her brothers Henri (Gladys) and Larry (Sylvie) Vieno. She was also predeceased by her parents-in-law Berthe and Dollard Hebert. Agnes and Pierre worked hard in their younger days to make an exceptional life for their daughters, and build a good future for themselves in retirement. As best friends and soul mates who truly enjoyed each other’s company, they supported each other through life. They loved travelling together and spending time with their family. Agnes loved and cherished everyone so deeply and was always so eager to help and support anyone who needed her. Her smile and laughter were infectious, and will be greatly missed by all who love her. Cremation has taken place and due to the current pandemic, there will be no visitation or funeral. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
